The Future of Organic Agriculture

I have written several time here on this blog about the critical role of organic agriculture both in terms of quality of agrofood products and in terms of limitation of greenhouse gas emissions, not to say its role to protect and improve public health, animals' and plants' health, to protect environment and to maintain soils in good conditions.

The Italian National Rural Network has recently released a document to describe the situation of organic agriculture in Italy also evidencing the national and EU normative framework, differences among italian regions, weakness and strength of this sector as well as a series of quantitative data and numbers.
